Verse hele truffels zijn erg kostbaar. Daarom is deze geconserveerde zwarte truffel een perfect alternatief. Deze tuber aestivum wordt in zijn eigen vocht bewaard. Het schattige glazen potje is een echte eyecatcher in je keuken.

TRUFFLE SISTERS TIP
De hele zwarte truffel kan je het beste in kleine plakjes snijden. Hiervoor gebruik je een truffelschaaf, maar met een mandoline is het ook mogelijk. Verwarm de plakjes truffel in een beetje olijfolie zodat de aroma’s vrij kunnen komen. Wij vinden deze plakjes truffel het lekkerste over een mooi stuk gegrild vlees of een lekkere verse parmezaan pasta. Geen truffelschaaf of mandoline in huis? Wij bieden ook zwarte truffel carpaccio aan: zorgvuldig geselecteerde zwarte truffel plakjes in een zachte olijfolie.
